Meanwhile, 28 floors below, Tender Sky, Grand Magnificent, and Fourteen Fifteen work to stall a ticking clock as authorities draw ever closer. Whether it counts down or not, this half of the Notion is about to come face to face with someone who has their own bold vision of the future.
